“Here everything is: tell her, ask her, call Tania,” says Tania while she tells that she is the great leader of the women in her neighborhood; that the quality of speaking, of wanting to seek better things for others comes to her from a very young age and Now you have the chance to prove it.

The group was born at the initiative of the neighborhood parish, in which they were looking for women who wanted to empower themselves and start carrying out actions in favor of the community; This process included training them as leaders, giving them tools so that they can really contribute to transformation processes in the places where they live. Of all those who arrived, she was the one who stood out to show leadership, and it shows; when someone is discouraged, does not want to participate or is withdrawn she takes charge; yes, in a house across the street they have the volume of the music so high that they don’t let the workshop take place, she is the one who goes and solves it with her calm but forceful attitude.

She wants to be a social communicator, although her biggest dream and the one she is working for from now on is to be president, just as they read it! And for that dream he works from now on, starting with the leadership in his neighborhood and with the idea of ​​ending the violence in it, so that it is not recognized in the city for being dangerous and that no one ever says that they are afraid to go. Also for creating training and recreation spaces for children, she says that her mission and that of her companions is to pave the way for them, create opportunities that allow them to dream big and achieve it.
