Ruta Motor
With this project we link and accompany young people, women and men, in conditions of vulnerability to technical training processes that allow them to advance in the consolidation of their life projects. We work with them on a socio-emotional skills development approach to facilitate their access to formal employability.

Atrapasueños
The Atrapasueños program focused on supporting girls, boys, adolescents and young people in the discovery of their talents through art, culture and sport. We focused on creating safe and trusting spaces where they could strengthen their emotional well-being, express themselves freely and develop the skills necessary to transform their dreams into reality.

Sembrando Futuros Brillantes
It is an initiative that focuses on addressing the persistent challenges faced by our farmers in the countryside, especially in the production of coffee and other tropical crops. We are committed to developing farms through the use of scientific knowledge, improving sustainable production, using technological innovation to improve the quality and production of crops. Focusing on food security, knowledge development and demographic impact, where we hope to create a replicable model that will initially benefit rural communities in Quindío within the framework of promoting equity, inclusion and sustainable development in agriculture.

NIDDOS: Entornos Protectores y Educativos
This program worked on building safer communities by identifying risks, training young leaders, and strengthening the capacities of families, teachers, and students. It promoted empathy, communication, and emotional management, highlighting education as a pillar for personal and community development.

Todos al Cole
Committed to the right to education and aligned with the fourth goal of sustainable development: quality education; We seek to guarantee inclusive, equitable and quality access that promotes lifelong learning opportunities for everyone.
With this project we want 6,000 boys and girls from La Guajira belonging to the Wayú community, migrant families or those living in poverty to attend school.

Cuidados para la paz, somos para la vida
We contribute so that boys, girls, adolescents, young people, women and men in reintegration, their families and communities surrounding the 10 former prioritized territorial training and reintegration spaces (AETCR), have safe environments, by strengthening social and institutions for care and participation in community life.

Convivencia escolar
We provide technical support to the Ministry of National Education to strengthen instances and actors of the National School Coexistence System, especially for the appropriation and implementation of the comprehensive care route at the territorial level.

2017 - 2019
Las pazes las hacemos juntos
We managed to impact 720 boys, girls and adolescents at greater risk of being involved in armed conflict, coming from priority territories in Antioquia and Córdoba. These young people carried out gender-sensitive reconciliation actions, with the valuable support of their families, communities and local authorities. The initiative not only sought to prevent links to armed violence, but also promoted an inclusive approach that involved diverse actors to build a path towards peace and reconciliation in these communities.

Actuando para la vida
The primary objective of this program was to ensure the promotion and prevention against the violation of the rights of boys, girls, adolescents and young people in the municipality of Rionegro. Through concrete actions, we sought not only to generate opportunities for comprehensive development, but also to guarantee the full exercise of their rights.

2016 - 2017
Atención a la primera infancia
It was carried out with the purpose of providing care, initial education and care services to boys and girls under 5 years of age, or until they enter the transition grade, as well as to pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers. The objective was to promote the comprehensive development of early childhood, following the guidelines, the operational manual, the guidelines, parameters and standards established by the ICBF within the framework of the comprehensive care strategy “From zero to always.”

Suma de sueños
In the program, the implementation of the strategy to address child labor from school was carried out. This involved the characterization and identification of the dynamics of child labor and the establishment of a baseline that described the types of work performed by boys, girls and adolescents linked to official district educational institutions.

Felix and Susana
This program, which was active for 14 years as part of the Together Building the Future Corporation and closed in 2023, was a valuable contribution for boys and girls to build learning and experiences full of meaning. The ability to make informed decisions about body care, life and relationships was actively promoted, all by strengthening protective and inclusive educational environments.

Proniño
The Proniño program focused on the prevention and eradication of child labor through the union of efforts and resources. Focused on comprehensive protection, educational continuity and institutional strengthening, it benefited 5,820 children and young workers, offering educational opportunities and contributing to a more promising future.
