Each photograph captures more than an image; it is a tribute to the diversity of experiences and realities that coexist in each community. From the exuberant contrasts of Chocó to the warm dunes of La Guajira, the dynamism of Bogotá and Cali, the cultural tradition of Cesar, the warmth of Medellín, the strength of Urabá and the serenity of Cundinamarca, these images reveal the depth and richness of our lands and their people.

Black and white and color are not only visual combinations, but representations of how, in each nuance, we find life stories that, although different, are connected by the same purpose: to build and transform. In the faces of children and adolescents, in the streets that give shape to their dreams, we discover that, no matter how small, each detail has its own value and meaning.

Matices refers to the moments, the faces and the voices that intertwine to build something bigger. As in these photographs, each story, however fragmented it may seem, adds up to a collective purpose. Between the black and white and the color, the love for what we do and what we can continue to build, together, every day, is woven together.
