Since 2004 we have sought to contribute to the transformation of society in a transparent and innovative way through the design, execution and evaluation of social intervention programs and projects aimed especially at children and young people.
We are a non-profit organization that persists in the hope of changing our reality by contributing to the development and dreams of Colombian children and youth; We believe in daily work done with love, perseverance and education as essential elements for the transformation to which we want to contribute.
With our work we form fair leaders, with a sense of equity and respect for others; We contribute to the creation of communities committed to their own development and through them to the construction of peace.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment.
Zero tolerance means that:
We reject and oppose all types of conduct that violate or threaten the rights of children, adolescents, young people, families and beneficiary populations, as well as among our own collaborators.
We apply effective measures to prevent inappropriate conduct that puts the physical, mental and emotional integrity of our beneficiaries and collaborators at risk, adopting the necessary disciplinary measures against all people who fail to comply with the corporate conduct policy.

We are committed to girls, boys, adolescents and young people, that is why from our mission we guide actions that focus on the protection of their rights.
Under this understanding, all organizational processes seek the healthy physical, mental, moral and social development of childhood, adolescence and youth.
For this reason, the Corporation’s officials keep in mind that one of our responsibilities to society is based on keeping our children, adolescents, young people and their families safe from all forms of abuse, neglect and exploitation.

A conflict of interest arises when loyalty is divided between what is best for the Corporation and what is best for an individual, friend or family member.
All collaborators and contractors of Together Building the Future are obliged to act in the best interest of the Corporation, although we are aware that these conflicts call into question our ability to be objective.
